We independently assist bodies corporate with separating the lines between developer responsibility and maintenance responsibility of the body corporate.
Trustees are volunteers, that does not necessarily have the necessary technical or industry skills to distinguish between developer items and maintenance.
Throughout this process our aim is to ensure that the developer is equipped to provide a full handover file and attends to any required items, before handing over to the body corporate for planned or future maintenance.
Legislation prescribes specific requirements of developers, and we assist the body corporate and developer to achieve these requirements.
Our independent position provides real value to the parties. More importantly, our technical skills and expertise places us in a position to expertly advise the bodies corporate accordingly.
