Our skills and expertise have specifically been honed to maintenance of building envelopes. (Roofs, waterproofing, damp-proofing, painting, concrete repairs, joints, painting, etc.)
However, as any property owner would know, managing a building includes several specialised components of fields. (I.e. Structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, reticulation/plumbing, lifts, security, landscaping, etc…..)
For this reason we created our Curasure Engineered Solutions division, where we partner with skilled professionals in their respective fields to provide solutions to our clients. Throughout the solution development process we facilitate the inclusion of selected professionals and experts in their respective fields to provide answers and solutions to our clients.
This holistic approach provides a one-stop solution to our clients for addressing specialised components of the property.
