START-UP REPORTING
Initial report with the following proposed breakdown:
- Major maintenance components on the building envelope.
- Day-to-day maintenance items.
- Recommendations and task breakdown.
10-YEAR MAINTENANCE PLAN
- Although the Curasure Flexi-Care system is designed to assist with day-to-day maintenance and management, the scheme should have a holistic overall strategy, which separates day-to-day maintenance from strategic 10-year planning.
- Curasure can provide both the 10-year plans, as well as the ongoing day-to-day reporting and analysis, which obviously comes with huge benefit for strategic management and a holistic overview and strategy.
SITE VISITS AND REPORTING
- Scheduled site visits and reporting on set format and criteria.
- Written reports, with photographs and feedback.
- Reporting on staff and service providers on site and status of scheme.
- Identifying of maintenance requirements.
- Providing information to Managing Agent and trustees for required maintenance.
- Overview and continuity reporting.
- Strategic planning and reporting.
MAINTENANCE STAFF EMPLOYED BY BODIES CORPORATE
- Review current job description and duties = Trustees or managing agent must supply.
- Develop checklist for each employee for daily, weekly and monthly activities.
- Make recommendations.
- Periodic checks on staff to ensure that tasks and duties are accomplished.
SERVICE PROVIDERS EMPLOYED BY BODIES CORPORATE
- Review current contracts = Trustees or managing agent must supply.
- Develop checklist for service providers for daily, weekly and monthly activities, dependent on the nature of their contract.
- Make recommendations.
- Periodic checks on service providers to ensure that tasks and duties are accomplished.

The Managing Agent enjoys the benefit of getting direct feedback from site, from a suitable specialist, to implement the required actions and maintenance activities through their contracted management systems.
