Start-up Procedure:
  • Detailed Maintenance Audit report and 10-year plan.
  • List current, emergency or outstanding items.
  • Review Maintenance Budget.
  • Ascertain budget requirements for required maintenance plan.
  • Finalising of the detailed maintenance program in priority format, including timeframes and budget allocations.
Managing of Major Maintenance Projects
  • Compile detailed scope of work and technical specifications for proposed maintenance.
  • Negotiate Manufacturer’s backed guarantees.
  • Facilitation of Independent Tender Processes for required maintenance projects to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Evaluation of tenders.
  • Quality Assurance inspection and ongoing monitoring of major projects.
  • Certifying of draw request during projects.
  • Close-out procedure and release of guarantees.
On-going Management Services:
  • Yearly inspections to evaluate performance of systems and maintenance strategy.
  • Scheduling of areas treated during maintenance for on-going and future maintenance.
  • Yearly updates for on-going and long-term maintenance forecasts and 10-year plan.
